A rich, complex and very typical nose revealing roasted coffee, cocoa, liquorice, cinnamon and black cherry notes.

On the palate, the bouquet is supported by a full, fleshy attack that leads towards a fresh, supple finish.

The wine’s subtle aromas and finesse may be enjoyed with a number of dishes such as grilled white or red meat, roast poultry, a white meat pâté en croute or a rabbit and herb terrine. In winter it’s best served between 17 and 18°C, while in summer it should be slightly cooler at between 15 and 17°C.
